SKAL International Thailand was well represented at the recent World Congress in Croatia.  Kevin Rautenbach, Vice President and Heike Garcon-Suiheran, International Councillor, as well as James Thurlby, President of SKAL International Bangkok joined the three-day event along with almost 400 other participants from among SKAL Internationa’s global membership of 13,000.

Commenting on the congress, Kevin said, “This year’s World Congress comes at the end of one of the most challenging periods in recent history and one which has resulted in massive changes to the global travel and tourism industry.  We were delighted to be able to network with Skalleagues from all over the world face-to-face once again, and to be part of this significant juncture and look forward to a rejuvenated and dynamic new phase in the history of this venerable global tourism organisation.”
