Greetings and I hope business is rebuilding for you and tourism remains on a positive path with the winter and Festive Season on the horizon.   
Over the past 21 years SKÅL International has encouraged and supported its global members to engage in sustainable tourism practices. Almost 1000 members have participated in the annual  Sustainable Tourism Awards over the years making  significant contributions to a positive future of responsible hospitality.
Celebrating its 70th birthday year SKÅL took the opportunity of the global hiatus in tourism to review how it could better serve its constituents in a ‘new-normal’ world and proposed to align its governance structure to give greater voice to each of the SKÅL clubs with an emphasis on embracing more and younger tourism professionals.
During the annual 70th SKÅL International Congress and AGM in Croatia this month, of the 400 participants from 45 countries almost 70% adopted the new member-focused  governance model.  
SKÅL  is destined to remain an equitable voice of the industry and a platform to do business amongst friends.
SKÅL International Thailand will continue to play its part in global responsibility and explore with all club presidents, and in concert with Thai Tourism and Hotel Associations, beneficial opportunities for all people involved in and around the country’s tourism.
