After a year away working in Paris during the pandemic, French national Eddy Brosse is delighted to be back on the island in a new role with the recently opened SINAE Luxury Hotel, on Koh Siray near Phuket Town.

Prior to that he spent four years in Phuket opening a number of 5-star hotels and consulting, as well as being a guest lecturer in hospitality at the Prince of Songkla University, Phuket.  

Eddy brings a wealth of experience in new openings, restructuring and developing people. He  spent over 20 years in Europe working for Accor, The Ascott Group, Louvre Hotels and IHG, and a series of boutique resorts in Gran Canaria.  

Eddy enjoys the outdoor life of Phuket, cycling, running, swimming, scuba diving as well as the finer things in life such as good red wine and home cooking.  He’s also a keen networker and besides SKÅL is involved in other associations including BNI and Rotary, and in his words … “is delighted to be a new member of SKÅL Phuket.”
